How does the shared guest photo gallery work?

It is extremely simple. Guests do not need to download any apps from the App Store or Google Play. Elegant cards with a QR code are placed on the event tables. When guests point their smartphone camera at the code, your private Web App gallery opens immediately. They can upload photos in seconds.

Is weddApp! suitable for entertainment across all age groups?

Yes, it is the ideal entertainment for guests across all generations. The digital photobooth with props is a favorite for all ages, alongside interactive party games that connect both families, anonymous questions for the newlywed trivia quiz, digital guestbook messages, and instant DJ song dedications with zero hassle.

Can the digital photobooth replace expensive hardware photoboxes?

Instead of expensive classic photo booth rentals, simply use weddApp! Guests take photos directly through the built-in photobooth feature in the app on their own phones, adding fun virtual props or signboards. Every picture is instantly added to your shared online album where all guests can immediately view, comment, and download.

Can weddApp! be used for birthday parties, corporate events, or other celebrations?

Absolutely! While weddApp! is a favorite at weddings, all core features – instant photo collection without app downloads, live event schedule, digital photobooth, and DJ song requests – work wonderfully for birthday milestones, corporate parties, galas, and festivals. You can easily configure your event title and schedule in the admin.

Are our photos and data private and secure?

Yes, 100%. Your wedding gallery and timeline are completely private and accessible only to guests who scan your unique QR code (or enter your optional PIN). Photos are never indexed by public search engines, and you retain full control – you can hide or delete any photo at any time from your admin dashboard.

Can older guests or grandparents easily use the app on the wedding day?

Yes! That was one of our main design priorities for weddApp!. Older guests don’t need to remember passwords, register accounts, or download apps from app stores. They simply point their smartphone camera at the elegant QR code card on the table – exactly like taking a photo – and they are immediately part of the action. It is so clean and intuitive that truly anyone can use it without help.

How does the gift registry and honeymoon cash fund work?

Easily and with 100% of your gifts staying with you (0% platform commission). You can create a registry wishlist of items from any store, which guests can reserve with one click to prevent duplicate gifts. If you prefer cash contributions (for a honeymoon or house deposit), simply provide your payment details or bank account, and weddApp! automatically generates a scannable payment QR code for direct, seamless mobile banking transfers.

Does weddApp! compress or downscale uploaded photos and videos?

Never! Unlike basic QR photo drop tools (which downscale images to 4000px) or WhatsApp, weddApp! stores 100% of your guest photos and videos in original uncompressed Full HD resolution. After the wedding, you can download your entire gallery in a single 1-click ZIP archive ready for large-format printing.
